Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community welcoming dogs and cats of all! We allow community-trained, friendly pets with a maximum limit of two pets per apartment. Restrictions exclude Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow and Doberman dog breeds from occupancy. A non-refundable pet fee and refundable deposit is charged for each pet. The amount varies depending on the size of the animal. Please contact the office for more details on the pet deposit and monthly pet rent amount. Up to 2 pets per apartment home. $25 monthly pet rent per pet. $150 Pet deposit per pet refundable $200 pet fee (one time, non refundable)
